Service Providers
RPTX processes no customer documents, so there are no subprocessors of customer data. These are the companies that see anything at all, and what they see.
1. The list
- Cloudflare, Inc. (USA): hosts rptxsoftware.com and askfolder.com. Sees visitors' IP addresses to deliver the sites. Never sees documents or questions.
- Paddle.com Market Ltd (UK): merchant of record for AskFolder Pro. Handles payment, billing details, taxes, receipts and refunds.
- Google LLC (USA), Google Workspace: our email. Sees email you send us.
- jsDelivr and rsms.me: serve two files to rptxsoftware.com's home page (an animation library and a typeface), and see visitors' IP addresses.
2. What isn't here
No AI providers, no analytics, no advertising, no data brokers. AskFolder's AI model runs in the visitor's own browser.
